Virginia House.
Space repurposed.
An existing office building in central Egham, converted into twenty self-contained one-bedroom apartments. The project brings together commercial reuse, residential delivery and an operating strategy shaped around local demand.

01 / Before works
An established building. A different use.
The July 2024 executive summary identified a four-storey office building close to the town centre and railway station. The plan was to use the existing structure for residential accommodation, with apartments across the ground and three upper floors.
02 / During construction
Turn the plan into homes.
The site-visit photographs show apartment fit-out and bathroom installation in April 2025, with surfaces protected and final work still underway. The street view records the temporary boarding during the original marketing period.
03 / Completion
Keep more than one route open.
The original business plan considered individual sales, retention for rental and an accommodation-operator route. The apartments are now marketed for letting, including through PfP Students. The current presentation shows furnished homes and the detail of everyday use.
