Thornton House ↗

The principal building within a former Wimbledon business centre, reworked into six individual apartments. An example of finding a new use within an established building and bringing each home to market in its own right.

Faraday House ↗

The townhouse within the Wimbledon collection, given its own identity, layout and route to market. The conversion brings the building into use as a five-bedroom family home.

Thornton Lodge ↗

A two-bedroom coach house within the Wimbledon collection. Its own entrance, distinctive proportions and private courtyard give it a separate identity alongside the main house and Faraday House.

Two proposed courtyard houses on the existing car park behind Thornton House. The site remains a car park; the application is submitted for planning and construction has not started.

Virginia House ↗

An existing office building in central Egham, converted into twenty self-contained one-bedroom apartments. The project brings together commercial reuse, residential delivery and an operating strategy shaped around local demand.

A former paper-mill estate office refurbished and repositioned as a boutique flexible workspace, operated by Circa45 and subsequently sold.
